His references to following a better example and living by the gospels would have an honoured place in any modern sermon. I have to agree, however, that his references to his sins cannot be taken to indicate a way of life that would be shameful; Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3354677738876576370.post-33033107787362613592014-06-08T18:21:16.191+01:002014-06-08T18:21:16.191+01:00Apologies, Clare, I was paraphrasing and didn'...Apologies, Clare, I was paraphrasing and didn't mean for it to read as an insult. I'd love to read it and find out more about him as the way they show him in things like The Tudors and The Other Boleyn Girl always make him a bad person, someone that either raped his wife or slept with his sister (which we know has to be wrong anyway)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3354677738876576370.post-70360391187107031662014-06-08T14:36:22.788+01:002014-06-08T14:36:22.788+01:00Thank you for allowing us to visit your blog, Gare...Thank you for allowing us to visit your blog, Gareth, and I'm thrilled to hear that you're enjoying "George".Claire Ridgwayhttp://www.theanneboleynfiles.comnoreply@blogger.com
